Right after you create your account, four short orientation videos walk you through what the program is, what it asks of you, and whether it’s a fit. About 15 minutes total.

After the videos, a short Health Profile, the Participant Commitment, and a 15-minute Tech/Interview session with your instructor. Once you’ve met, you record a 90-second intro and you’re in.
